I'm Heather Harti, the heart behind Soul Star Inspired Wellness.
I create a compassionate space for healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth as you awaken to your inner light, reconnect with your authentic self, and embody your highest potential.
This work grew from my own journey home.
I didn't find my way to this work because my life had been easy or because I've mastered being the perfect human.
I found it through my own search for something more.
My journey has taken me through chronic illness, profound change, grief, spiritual awakening, and times when I've felt disconnected from my body, my purpose, and even myself. I searched for healing but deep down I was looking for something more. To understand who I really was, why I was here, and how to feel at home within my own life again.
Energy healing and spirituality opened so many doors for me, but the greatest transformation came through learning to meet myself in a different way - with greater compassion, honesty, curiosity, and love.
I began reconnecting with the parts of myself that had been lost along the way while opening myself to what was waiting to be discovered.
Soul Star Inspired Wellness grew from this journey - not because I've reached some flawless level of perfection, but because I know how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you while you find your own way home.
I don't share this work because I have mastered being the perfect human.
I share this work because I learned that our humanity is worthy of being held in love.

Healing can feel like searching for the version of ourselves who will finally be enough - good enough, successful enough, spiritual enough, or healed enough.

Healing isn't about fixing everything that makes us human. It's about learning to hold ourselves with love, reconnect with the wisdom already within us, and bring that connection into the way we live. It's knowing that we are already enough exactly as we are.
Our fear, sadness, uncertainty, resistance, and imperfect days are not evidence that we are failing. They are just part of being alive.
Spirituality is not something we practice outside ourselves. It's a way of being as we move through every day life. Transformation unfolding through the lived experience - when insight becomes choice, healing becomes embodiment, and we begin showing up for our lives as more of who we truly are.

The human behind Soul Star
Beyond my work, I am just like everyone else. I love to laugh and be goofy, create art, write, connect with nature, travel and experience new things.
I love when creativity, spirituality, healing, and everyday life weave together in the most magical way. I believe that when we allow ourselves to follow the calling of our heart and what brings us joy, we can begin to live in alignment with our highest potential and be our most authentic selves.
I walk this path with you. I am still healing, growing, learning, and practicing what it means to return to myself. Soul Star is not separate from that journey. It is one of the ways I share it.
You don't have to know exactly where to begin.
