Product Order Processing
All items are custom made to order. Please allow 1-7 business days for production in addition to the shipping time.
Shipping Policy
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped to the address you requested upon checkout. Please confirm your “Ship to” address at this time. All customers will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number for your order. Shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days once the production is completed and the order is received by the postal service.
International order deliver4y dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping overseas through customs can delay your package up to 6 weeks. Some countries may charge an additional customs fee. Soul Star Inspired Wellness is not responsible for any additional delays, taxes or customs charges that may be incurred.
**NOTICE: Due to COVID 19, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. Please contact your local postal service or government agency to determine if excessive delays may impact the delivery of your order**
Cancellation & Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are made specifically for each order and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations. Exceptions to this policy are considered for orders that are incorrect due to an error on our part. Please contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving your package should you experience any problems with your order. Any notifications of error or non-receipt received after 30 days of the initial order are no longer eligible for replacement or refund. To cancel or make any adjustments to your order, you must contact us within 2 hrs of purchase. Any requests received after the 2 hr window will not be eligible for cancellation or alteration of any kind including address changes. It is your responsibility to refer to any included product information including cross referencing our provided size chart measurements with a garment you own to ensure the correct size is selected at the time of purchase. SERVICES
Terms of Service
PLEASE NOTE: Crystal Healing, Universal Rays Healing, Vibrational Sound Healing, Access Bars or any other services offered at Soul Star Inspired Wellness, LLC are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis nor are they to replace conventional medicine, but rather to compliment and enhance it. It is recommended that you see your primary care provider for those services. It is understood that your practitioner does not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals. By placing this order, you hereby release the practitioner from any liability as a result of the services rendered including intake and follow up, and take full responsibility in informing the practitioner of all medical conditions as well as informing your primary care provider that you re receiving these session and to inquire as to whether or not they may adversely affect your current health condition.
In person services will be specific to the location of the practitioner at the time of the appointment. Please make sure to verify the location of the appointment prior to scheduling an in person session.
Distance services will be conducted via zoom unless alternate accommodations are requested. It is your responsibility to manage the privacy of your settings. Due to the nature of the services provided, it is recommended to be in a private, quiet location where you can comfortably rest and feel safe to be open. If you are unable to be in a location that can provide you this space, please consider rescheduling your session. It is our highest goal for you to feel safe and at ease.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
In Person Services: Cancellation of In Person services must be received no less than 48 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations received within the 48 hr time frame are not eligible for a refund. In the event of an emergency, please contact us and we are happy to discuss an alternative resolution.
Distance Services: Cancellation of Distance services must be received no less than 2 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations received within the 2 hr time frame are not eligible for a refund. In the event of an emergency, please contact us and we are happy to discuss an alternative resolution.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any information shared with Soul Star Inspired Wellness is for private use only in processing your order and/or for session use in your client file. Your information is not and will not new shared with any outside party. Any use of client information in the form of testimonials or pictures is by legal consent of the client only.
