It’s Ok To Not Be Ok
Sometimes life is really hard.
We all have days where nothing seems ok. When the pain and sadness simmer below the surface begging to consume you. More often than not, it’s a silent battle masked by a brave face, a deep breath and the whispered pep talk that you’ve got this.
You will get through this one minute at a time.
And you do, somehow, get through it.
Sometimes you lose track of the days blurred by the sorrow leaking out from within and that’s ok. It’s ok to not be ok. There is no need to shift into judgement of the way you move through the hard times. There is no need to expect more from yourself when all you can do is breathe. Honor what you are going through with compassion. Hold yourself in love. Allow the painful unfolding of your experiences to be embraced for what they are.
We are here to love.
We are here to be love.
It begins within. You are not alone and it’s ok to not be ok.
