Finding Peace Within The Pause

When the Hanged Man shows up in a reading, you are being asked to pause, to wait, to stand still. Often times this can create frustration especially when we are looking for forward motion towards a dream, goal or desired outcome.

What we may not see is how the Divine is sorting out the details behind the scene. Orchestrating and aligning the right people, places and situations for our highest potential. Perhaps you are being asked to rest while the lessons, growth and expansion of your being are integrated into your physical life.

This is an opportunity to go within.

We see here that the hanged man sits in peaceful meditation allowing the Divine plan to unfold around him. In this place of rest, he finds enlightenment and balance. We see that he secures himself within the dream catcher of the sacred tree indicating that his dreams are not lost but supporting this opportunity for deeper wisdom.

When you find yourself suddenly within a moment of pause along your journey, shift into gratitude for the opportunity to find peace as you prepare for the adventures ahead.

When Love Shows Up In Unexpected Ways

My dog Bernie came into my life right before I got really sick. I didn’t know at the time how much I was going to need him in the coming years. When my health started to decline, he was right there every step of the way. Helping me get up, offering support, and simply being next to me when I couldn’t do anything but lay there. As the years went by and my health improved, Bernie continued to be a source of constant support, friendship and love. There were many times he was all I had and I will forever be grateful for his presence in my life.

Yesterday was the first major neurological event I’ve had since saying goodbye to my best friend. His absence glaring as I struggled alone, missing him so much it hurt. I slept most of the day but kept finding his green ball next to or under me no matter how many times I moved it away. Every squeak reminding me of him.

That ball has been on my bed for months, never once finding its way to me until yesterday. Until I needed a reminder that Bernie will always be with me. He will always be by my side supporting me. That I am never alone. I realized that his ball being next to or under me was not a coincidence. That when I wished for his presence, he was there. Showing me through a ball that he loved and would make me laugh when he pressed his goofy sweet face on top of it to make it squeak. Showing me that our love lives on and that sometimes love shows up in unexpected ways

What New Beginning Will You Create?

When the tower shows up we have a beautiful opportunity to surrender to the shedding of what no longer serves us. Perhaps a cycle has ended or what you once thought was a great idea hasn’t turned out the way you expected. When we find ourselves struggling to move forward and let go, often times the universe will step in and shake things up in order to propel us towards something better, our highest potential.

What I like about this card, we see a building of rooks swooping into the ruins. This reminds us that there is always something new to be built from the experiences of the past. From the lessons you’ve learned and the growth you have experiences because of them.

So the next time you feel something leaving your life, surrender and allow the unfolding. Trust the divine plan. Know that something better is on the way.

It’s Ok To Not Be Ok

Sometimes life is really hard.

We all have days where nothing seems ok. When the pain and sadness simmer below the surface begging to consume you. More often than not, it’s a silent battle masked by a brave face, a deep breath and the whispered pep talk that you’ve got this.

Keep going.

You will get through this one minute at a time.

And you do, somehow, get through it.

Sometimes you lose track of the days blurred by the sorrow leaking out from within and that’s ok. It’s ok to not be ok. There is no need to shift into judgement of the way you move through the hard times. There is no need to expect more from yourself when all you can do is breathe. Honor what you are going through with compassion. Hold yourself in love. Allow the painful unfolding of your experiences to be embraced for what they are.

We are here to love.

We are here to be love.

It begins within. You are not alone and it’s ok to not be ok.

What You Believe Will Always Be True

The Law of Resonance teaches us that the energy we hold will be what we attract and the Law of Reflection shows us what we hold through our physical reality.

Like attracts like

If you believe that things are hard or that life is working against you, then that is the reality you will create for yourself. Your thoughts and beliefs create an energetic vibration that ripples out into the cosmic web and the universe honors all of your creations without judgement or expectation.

What if you had the power to change what you create?

What if all you simply had to do was to see things differently?

What if all of your desires were just a thought away?

Become the observer of your reality. What thoughts and beliefs are being reflected back to you? How can you shift your perspective to see things differently?

What you believe will always be true until you believe from a different point of view

Every Experience Is An Opportunity

When we step outside of the stories of our experiences and turn our attention inward, we have the beautiful opportunity to discover the energy we hold.

What is this experience triggering in me?

What is asking to be held in love?

What can I learn from this?

What is the gift?

What clarity have I been given from this discovery?

Continue peeling back the layers to bring your shadows into the light. Open your heart to accept and embrace all that you are in love. Surrender what no longer serves you to the Divine. Shift back into alignment with all that you are and all that is.

You are Divine. Keep shining your beautiful light

Expansion Of The Heart

What does Expansion of the Heart mean to you?  Often times we associate our heart with the ability to love others through kindness, compassion and through loving service.  Did you know that your heart is actually the gateway to all that you are?  Your heart chakra is one of only three chakras that connect you to all parts of your being across all time, space and dimension.  Your heart chakra is the portal to all twelve of your light bodies as well as your sacred crystalline heart temple where you can access the ancient wisdom of the universe and your Divine Presence.  It is in this space that you are truly able to shift into alignment with your light.  

,Expansion is also the ability to open your heart to receive.  To receive love, abundance, joy and all that the Divine has to offer for your highest potential.  Within our being we hold the twin flame consciousness of the Divine Masculine,  action, and the Divine Feminine, receiving.  Yet, so often we find that the experiences of our life cause us to close our heart.  Our pain and trauma’s, unresolved karma, programs and limiting beliefs telling us that we are not worthy of receiving our heart’s desires.  Not worthy of being loved.  It this ultimately true?  Is it ultimately true that you are not worthy of being loved?  No.  You are a Divine being of the universe.  You are made of Divine light and unconditional love.  You have the power to open the petals of your heart to allow love in.  To allow yourself to be loved and to open your heart to receive.  Let go of the stories that keep your heart closed and stuck in the cycles of your judgements, expectations and pain.  Open your heart to the expansiveness of all that you are and all that is.  Surrender to the Divine and simply receive.  

You are so worthy.  

You are so loved.  

You are DIVINE.

Choose You

It’s easy to find yourself tangled in the web of the experiences of your life, forgetting who you are and abandoning your own happiness for that of others. Feeling lost, feeing hopeless, allowing fear to control you and believing the lies and illusions that keep you cycling through patterns that no longer serve you.

Sometimes it’s as simple as believing that you are worthy of something better. You don’t have to know where you’re going or how to get there, you just have to choose you and allow the Divine to guide you.

Surrender to the Divine flow and remember who you are.

You are worthy. You are loved. You are Divine.

Step Into Expansion

So often at the first of the year we shift our focus to new beginnings.  A fresh start to the life we long to live.  Yet, winter is a time of going within to embrace our shadows, healing our unresolved energy and truly discovering the callings of our heart.  The calling of the Divine.  

As we sit in this space of reflection, allow yourself to truly see how far you have come.  Allow yourself to embrace your accomplishments, your challenges, your healing, growth and expansion.  What have you learned?  What have you accepted?  What are you choosing to let go?  How have you changed?   Use these discoveries to assist you as you shift your perspective to the coming year.   

What does expansion mean to you?  Are you open to receive all that you desire? How can you surrender to the mystery and allow the Divine to guide you?  As you identify what you would like to call into your experience, plant your seeds of intention deep within your heart.  Nurture them as you nurture your own being, honoring the unfolding as you surrender to the mystery of all that is.  Like the seeds planted deep within the soil, allow magic to take place within the darkness.  Know that it is from the darkness that we grow into the light.  Trust that all is unfolding for your highest good.  Just because you don’t see it now doesn’t mean it’s not on its way.  Allow the Divine to guide you as you open your heart to receive.

Coming Home To Your Heart

As the year begins it’s quiet decent to completion and winter beckons us home within our hearts, we are blessed with the stillness the season brings.  With quiet minds and open hearts we allow the experiences of this past year to be embraced, honoring the lessons we have learned and the blessings we have received.  

Winter has a profound way of reminding us to turn inward, planting new seeds of intention to nurture and grow in the year to come.  It is a time for honoring all that we have been, all that we are, and all we are yet to become.  It is the becoming that awaits us.  The becoming of who we long to be in this life.  Renewing the desires of our hearts and allowing the Divine to guide us.  Letting go of our own expectations, surrendering to the unfolding and opening to the wonder of mystery.  It is through this mystery that magic takes hold, often bringing into our lives blessings beyond what we ever could have imagined.  Lean into the feeling of coming home, embrace the journey of your soul and open your heart to receive all that is meant for you in the coming year.  Open to the expansion of your light and the unfolding of abundance and dreams come true.
